My absolute favorite meal of the day is breakfast. In fact, one of my favorite
dinner meals is “breakfast for dinner.” So it should come
as no surprise that I find it important to have delicious and fluffy pancakes
on the menu. This easy recipe is yummy and even better with fresh fruit on top!
Mix Together In Bowl 1:
1 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Mix Together In Bowl 2:
1 Cup Buttermilk (Whole Buttermilk Preferred)
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Then, Mix both bowls together.
[Makes 10 little pancakes. Recommended to double recipe.] Enjoy!
